Who we pick, and why.
What we look for when we put a creator forward for a brand's campaign. Every size of following is welcome to join: what counts is an audience that responds, content that fits the brand, and work delivered as agreed.
Free to join · No minimum following · No exclusivity unless agreed
Six things we weigh for every campaign
The same checks for every creator, whatever the size of the following. Our team makes the final call.
An audience that responds
We look at how your audience responds to your recent work, not just at your follower count. One viral post won't carry you, and one quiet week won't sink you.
Content that fits the brand
A haircare brand gets creators who already make haircare content; a fitness brand, fitness creators. Fit counts for more than reach.
Honest, disclosed content
Sponsored posts carry a clear #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label, and product claims stay within what the brand can back up. Both are checked before any post is approved.
Work delivered as agreed
Drafts on the dates in your offer, changes within the agreed number of revisions, and posts live when planned. Reliable delivery is what gets a creator asked back.
Rates you have confirmed
Your rate card tells us what you charge. Until you confirm a rate in writing, any figure we hold is treated as an estimate, and we say so.
Our team makes the call
Our team reviews every shortlist before any creator hears about a campaign, and the brand approves each creator.
No minimum following to join
Nano, micro, mid-sized and large accounts all join the same way, for free, and set their own rates. Joining never depends on a follower count.
For a fixed-price pilot we often favour engaged mid-sized accounts, where results can be measured cleanly. That is a preference for each campaign, not a rule for joining: a smaller creator with an engaged audience in the right niche can be the better fit.
Whoever is picked is paid the fixed base fee in their offer, owed once the content is approved and paid within 7 days of approval and the brand's payment clearing, and never later than 45 days after approval, even if the brand pays late.

What we never do
Picking creators fairly starts with what we refuse to do.
- Charge creators to join, to have a media kit or to receive offers.
- Ask for exclusivity your offer doesn't state. When an offer includes it, it covers only the product category and the period the offer names.
- Pick by follower count alone.
- Name a brand to creators before that brand has signed with us.
- Contact you about new work too soon after the last approach, or ever again once you ask us not to.
Questions about being picked
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No. Anyone creating content in a niche we work in can join. Whether you are put forward for a particular campaign depends on that brand's niche, goal and budget, not on a follower count.
Which niches do you work in?
Five, for US consumer brands: skincare, haircare, dental and oral care, fitness, and supplements and wellness. Creators in any of them can join.
Does joining mean I will get offers?
Not automatically. Offers depend on which brands sign with us and what they need. When a campaign fits you, your Fluenspire contact sends an offer with the fee, deliverables, revisions, usage rights and pay date written out, and you decide.
How do you choose creators for a campaign?
Our team reviews every creator: how your audience responds to your recent work, whether your content fits the brand and how reliably you deliver. The brand approves each creator before anyone is booked.
How am I paid if I'm picked?
A fixed base fee set in your offer, owed once your content is approved and paid within 7 days of approval and the brand's payment clearing, and never later than 45 days after approval, even if the brand pays late. Some offers add a performance bonus on Eligible Net Sales.
