Agreement to terms
These terms govern your use of the Fluenspire application, operated by ThreePeak Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Fluenspire", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
Fluenspire is a creator growth agency platform. Brand accounts can build a profile and create campaigns; the specific commercial terms of any creator engagement (pricing, scope, deliverables) are agreed separately, outside this application, per pilot.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating your brand profile.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluenspire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
