Every brand starts with a fixed-price creator pilot. Brands whose pilot proves out move to a monthly retainer. Both are quoted in writing, line by line, before you sign.
Starting pricesPilots from $1,500 · Retainers from $2,500/month
The teardown before a pilot is free
Creator fees sit inside the pilot price, on their own lines
First pilot: 25% of the fee back as credit if it sells less than it cost
Two ways to work with us
A pilot first, a retainer when it works.
These are starting prices. Your exact quote depends on the number of creators, the content and the usage rights, and it is fixed before any work starts.
Where every brand starts
Creator pilot
The first step for every brand: a defined, fixed-price test that shows real numbers before you commit to more.
From$1,500
One fixed price per pilot, agreed before you sign
One or two vetted creators matched to your niche and buyers
Fixed deliverables with a set start and end date, about 30 days
Briefs, contracts and content approvals handled for you
An FTC disclosure check on every post before it goes live
Tracking links and discount codes live from the first post
A reconciled report: CAC, AOV and attributed revenue
Payment: 50% deposit at signing, the balance before content goes live.
Monthly retainer
For brands whose pilot proved out: the creators that worked, a growing roster and a steady flow of content.
From$2,500/month
Quoted after your pilot report, billed monthly in advance
A larger creator roster, sourced, vetted and managed end to end
A steady content pipeline: briefs, drafts, approvals and posting dates
Monthly CAC / AOV report by email, with a review call only if you want one
Paid amplification (Spark Ads or Partnership Ads) when the data supports it, licensed and quoted as its own line
Your niche research reused, so each campaign starts faster than the last
Payment: Billed monthly, in advance. Scope changes go through a written change order.
If your first pilot sells less than it cost, part of the fee comes back.
We don't promise sales. We do share the risk of a first pilot: if the end-of-pilot report shows sales below the pilot fee and your side of the pilot was kept, we credit 25% of the fee to your next pilot or first retainer month.
A service credit, not a refund; it has no cash value. Full terms are in your agreement.

How pricing works
Clear terms, before anything moves.
The same four rules apply to every pilot and every retainer.
Every line in writing
Your proposal lists creator fees, our fee, usage rights and timing as separate lines before you sign. A change in scope goes through a written change order, never a quiet extra charge.
Deposit first, then work
A pilot starts once the 50% deposit clears, and the balance is due before content goes live. A brand's deposit clears before we make any commitment to a creator, and creators are still paid within 45 days of their content being approved, even if a balance is late.
Pay online
Invoices are paid by card or by ACH bank payment through Stripe (link your bank), and you can see every invoice and its status in your brand dashboard.
No sales promises
We don't guarantee sales. We commit to the work we control and report exactly what the creators drove, so you can decide on facts.
What sets your price
Three things move a quote.
Your written proposal puts each one on its own line. The table below shows which way every choice moves your quote.
01
Creators and deliverables
How many creators, how many videos or posts each, and how many revisions. More content costs more; a tighter test costs less.
02
Usage rights
Organic posting only, or the right to run the content as ads. Ad usage is licensed for a set period, usually 90 days, and priced as its own line.
03
Creator fees and product
Creators get a fixed base fee agreed up front, set by their audience and niche; it is part of the pilot price, on its own line. You send the product to our US receiving partner, and we forward it to each creator (postage at cost) and handle the briefs and follow-up.

FAQ
Questions about pricing
Deposits, what a pilot covers, buying without a call, and what we will and won't promise.
Because it lets you see real numbers before you commit to a retainer. A pilot is fixed and defined: one or two creators, set deliverables, a start and end date, and one price agreed before you sign (creator fees are inside the pilot price).
What does the pilot price cover?
The creators' base fees, creator sourcing and vetting, briefs, contracts, content approvals, the disclosure check, tracking links and codes, and the final report. Each creator's base fee is its own line inside the price, and any ad usage rights are a separate line, so you can see where every dollar goes.
Do you charge for the research before a pilot?
No. Before we ask for anything, we research your niche and send a free one-page teardown: one content gap we see, two creators who fit it and one pilot idea. You pay only when you sign a pilot.
How do I buy without a call?
Everything works in writing. Ask for your free one-page teardown at fluenspire.com/start and it arrives by email within 3 business days. Reply with the product you want to feature, and we email a written proposal with every cost on its own line within 2 business days. To go ahead, reply "I accept" to the agreement email and pay the 50% deposit invoice; onboarding questions come by email too. A call is optional: ask for one and we keep it to 20 minutes.
How do payments work?
A pilot takes a 50% deposit at signing and the balance before content goes live. A retainer is billed monthly, in advance. Invoices are paid by card or by ACH bank payment through Stripe (link your bank); each invoice's payment page shows which it accepts.
When does a retainer make sense?
After a pilot report shows which creators drove sales at a cost that works for you. We quote the retainer then, based on how many creators and how much content you want each month.
Can you promise a certain amount of sales?
No, and we don't guarantee sales. What we commit to is the work we control: vetted creators, content delivered as agreed, correct FTC disclosure and a clear, reconciled report of what the creators drove.
What if a first pilot sells less than it cost?
Every standard first pilot includes a make-good credit. If the end-of-pilot report shows Eligible Net Sales below the pilot fee and your side of the pilot was kept, we add a service credit of 25% of the fee to your next pilot or first retainer month. It is not a refund, has no cash value and is not a promise of any level of sales.
