Set up your payout details
Under Payout details on your dashboard, add your legal name, your country of tax residence, your Wise email or account-holder name, and which tax form you will upload. Your name and email are encrypted before they are stored and shown masked afterwards.
Never type a tax ID or bank account number into these fields: the form refuses anything that looks like one. Your tax ID only goes on the signed tax form you upload.
How you are paid
We pay by Wise, in US dollars, and Fluenspire covers the transfer fee. When a payment is sent, your dashboard shows the date and the Wise reference.
What each status means
- Owed: you have earned it and it is due by the date shown.
- Approved and being sent: our team has approved it and the transfer is on its way.
- On hold: something is still needed. The reason is always shown.
- Paid: sent, with its date and reference.
Why a payment can be on hold
- Your content is being reviewed again.
- The brand's payment hasn't cleared yet.
- We need your tax form, or it hasn't been verified yet.
- We need your payout details.
