Roles
Your brand has one account owner. Colleagues join with one of two roles:
- Member: sees campaigns, creators, reports and documents, and approves content. No invoices or payments.
- Billing: everything a Member sees, plus invoices, credits and payments.
- Account owner: everything above, plus inviting and removing colleagues and the brand's settings.
Sending an invite
From Team on your dashboard, enter your colleague's email and choose a role. Your team can have up to 10 colleagues, counting invites not yet accepted.
Each invite link works once, only for the email it was sent to, and expires after 14 days by default. You can resend an invite to send a fresh link.
Withdrawing an invite or removing access
Withdraw an invite and its link stops working straight away. Remove a colleague and they lose access at once; you can invite them again later.
