Invoices, payment and credits

Pay Fluenspire invoices online by card or ACH bank payment through Stripe, understand each invoice status, and see credits on your account.

Paying an invoice

Invoices list under Invoices on your dashboard. Choose Pay to open Stripe's secure payment page and pay by card or by ACH bank payment through Stripe (link your bank); the page shows which of these each invoice accepts. Card details are entered with Stripe, never with us. Each invoice also has a PDF to download for your records.

What each status means

An invoice turns paid on its own once Stripe confirms your payment. Along the way you may see:

  • Due or Overdue: waiting for payment.
  • Payment processing: a bank payment is on its way. The Pay button is hidden so you can't pay twice.
  • Paid: the payment has arrived.
  • Partly refunded or Refunded: some or all of the payment was returned to you.
  • Cancelled: the invoice was withdrawn and nothing is owed.

Who on your team sees invoices

The account owner and colleagues with the Billing role see invoices, amounts due and credits. Colleagues with the Member role don't.

Credits

If your agreement gives you a credit, it shows under Credits with its state (available, applied or expired). A credit comes off a future Fluenspire invoice and has no cash value. It is a service credit, not a refund and not a promise of any level of sales.

Refunds

Your agreement sets out what is refundable. Every refund we make is recorded with its reason and approved by a second team member, and it shows on the invoice.

FAQ

Quick answers

Which payment methods can I use?

Card, or ACH bank payment through Stripe (link your bank). Both are on Stripe's own secure payment page, which shows the ones each invoice accepts.

Why can't I see invoices on my dashboard?

Only the account owner and colleagues with the Billing role see invoices. Ask your account owner to change your role if you need them.
